Giving to the Magnolia House is a great way to support victims of Domestic Violence in their journey to a safe an independent life. We appreciate your generous donation to our agency!
Shelters across the nation struggle to do a lot with very little funds. Your help is needed to assist with the personal needs of the women and children seeking refuge at Magnolia House and to increase awareness among our community.
How can I help my local Domestic Violence Shelter?
Personal hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, razors, deodorant, toothbrushes and paste, tampons and pads, diapers and wipes are always needed. If you need or use it, we do too! Also, we can use women and children's socks, underwear and flipflops.
Another great way to give back is to host a fund-raiser with your church, group or organization and collectively donate to Magnolia House.
Don't forget we also accept donations at our Magnolia House Thrift Shop. The Magnolia House Thrift Shop has moved to 2051 Plant Avenue Waycross, GA 31501. We look forward to everyone joining at our open house, Monday, April 1, 2019 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.. Follow us on Facebook at "The Magnolia House Thrift Shop" for more details.
Gently used items such as dishes, mattresses and household furniture as well as clothing can be used by our residents once they leave the shelter to establish their new households. All proceeds go directly to Magnolia House Shelter.
