I was born and raised in Tampa, FL and a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BS in Healthcare Administration. I currently reside in Blackshear and married to my college sweetheart, Stuart Stipe. We have two awesome kids Lillie (age 14), and Drew (age 7). I have been employed (more like a mission) with Baptist Village for 22 years and am currently the Chief Operations Officer. My family loves to travel, spending time with family & friends, time in the sunshine and the mountains, and loves all things sports. We are enjoying chasing our kids around! Stuart and I played collegiate sports at UCF where both football and cheerleading hold National Championship titles, BEAT THE UGA DAWGS IN A 2010 BOWL GAME and are 1-0 against both Alabama and Auburn football~ GO KNIGHTS! Through the years I have enjoyed being involved with community partners such as Waycross Exchange Club, Waycross-Ware County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Waycross, and now Magnolia House-Miracle League & DWTSS. Let’s go dance the KNIGHT away and raise some funds! GO TEAM 9!
Charles was born and raised in Dublin, GA where my parents, twin brother and older sister still live. I have spent most of my life serving in the Church and was educated in psychology and counseling at Georgia College and the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I enjoy leading small groups and helping people find their purpose in life. I also enjoy serving in the community on the Okefenokee Fellowship of Christian Athletes board and volunteering at the DC Downtown food ministry. I currently serve along with my beautiful wife Jennifer, a local anesthesiologist, as a lead team member at Destination Church. She and I love to travel. I also enjoy outdoor sports including bird shooting and fishing with my sons Nathan and Wesley who are mortified about the notion of me participating in DWTSS. I have zero dancing expertise, but the charities selected this year are close to my heart, so here goes nothing. Let’s keep the women and children in the community safe by funding Magnolia House, and let’s build these wonderful Miracle Leaguers a field. Please drop your checks and cash in the box in the foyer for Team 9.
