Felicia Fulmore was born in Waycross, Georgia where she owned and operated Sasha’s Beauty Salon for 10 years. Due to unexpected health status, Felecia had to choose another career path. During this unexpected change, she began volunteering at the Magnet School where her children were enrolled. It is there she found her love for teaching and later enrolled in the Early Childhood Education program at Waycross College, earning an Associate of Science in Early Childhood. Felecia continued her education journey at Armstrong Atlantic State University. While on this journey, her health began to decline, she was forced to withdraw from her pursuit of education, and was later diagnosed with lupus.  However; Felecia didn’t let her health status stop her from reaching her dreams. Two-years after being physically disabled she re-enrolled in college and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. This opened doors for different job class, such as a lead pre-k teacher, family advocate, at risk youth case manager, foster care case manager and the position as the Social Services Director at Harborview Satilla Waycross in which she holds today. Felecia believes in pop culture and has established an acronym with the word pop to mean “People of Purpose” because everyone has established values, principles and beliefs that gives life meaning.

Ansel Fulmore was born and raised in Waycross, Georgia and graduated from Waycross High school. After high school he moved to Chattanooga Tennessee but tells us, he "soon realized that living in the big city wasn’t for this country boy." Ansel later moved back to Waycross and gained employment at Gilman’s Paper Mill. Shortly after he was employed at GATX Rails and has been with the company for a total of 27 years with prefect attendance, never missing a single day!  Ansel’s love for music started as a child singing in the choir at church and the school chorus, which was directed by the legendary,” Willie Character”. Ansel enjoys listening to music, dancing, watching Andy Griffin, supporting his favorite team, “The Dallas Cowboys”, family socials and singing.  Ansel and his wife are the host of a live podcast on Facebook called “Whisper”. This is a couple’s coaching ministry that is built on biblical principles where he performs a cappella music.
