Minimally, the person in this position shall have a GED/High School Diploma. A two-year college degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field is preferred. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.  Duties include but are not limited to answering and properly documenting all telephone and/or crisis calls, completing emergency admissions and discharges, and maintaining client and shelter security during shift coverage.
